Slott mill Replacement of the cartridge Follow the instruction below to replace the cartridge. TH-3L (Hexagon wrench with 3mm width) MSTC (full-adjustable slot width) 1. Insert hexagon wrench with 3mm width (TH-3L) into the wedge screw. TH-3L (Hexagon wrench with 3mm width) Cartridge Loosen Wedge screw Wedge Cartridge 2. Loosen the wedge screw. 3. Remove the wedge screw and wedge. 4. Remove the cartridge. M A state that the cam pin is positioned outwards 5. Before replacing the cartridge, make sure that the cam pin is positioned radially-outwards. Milling 6. If the cam pin is in the position shown in the left diagram, A state that the cam pin is positioned inwards assembling the cartridge is not possible. Left-hand thread Wedge Wedge screw Right-hand thread TH-3L (Hexagon wrench with 3mm width) Turn two rotations to install on the body 7. Place the wedge so that its larger slant surface faces toward the cartridge. 8. Turn the wedge screw two rotations to install the wedge to the body. 9. When installing the wedge screw to the body, keep the wedge from rotating and screw it in. 10. Tighten the wedge screw by the torque of 5-6N·m. Keep the screw head and the wedge even (Prevent either of those from sticking out). M188
